October 21, 2018

Strictly Briks is at it again, this time with some seriously cool briks. Little Man Bun was selected to TryaBox of Rubik's Briks from Tryazon, A favorite of ours!  Boy oh Boy the excitement from these two little boys when the box arrived. It was like Christmas to them. Upon opening the box, we found the Rubiks Brik 3D Zoo Animal Set," the Transport 2x2 Pixel Set, the 1x1 Rocket and Retro Game Sets. These boys could not wait to start trying out these sets.

Rubik's Brik 3D Set

Let's start with the Rubiks Brik 3D Zoo Animal Play Set. Strictly Briks took a classic brik idea and added a challenge 3D twist. This 121 piece play set , gave 3 options on what to build with the included instructions; a penguin, ostrich or gorilla. Of course, your child's imagination can go wild with the 3D bricks, as they can build up, down, left or right, anything was possible when building with this set. Purchase or learn more about this play set online at Strictly Briks.

1x1 Retro Pixel Set

The guys love building this Retro Pixel Set, which by the way is licensed by the maker of Rubik's Cube! They chose to build the video game controller with the easy to grasp brik tiles. Removing these tiles are easy on the finger and nails with the perfectly designed tiles. This particular set included 768 colorful tiles, a baseplate, instructions and a bag for the extra tiles. It was a little challenging for the 6 year old, but the set is labeled for 8 and up, so we called in reinforcements! The 2x2 Transport Pixel Set was more his skill level, with 232 colorful, easy on the finger tiles. Purchase or learn more about this play set online at Strictly Briks.
